This is a real editor role — not a side responsibility. We're looking for someone with the chops and the eye to help shape how UpSpiral.Life shows up on video.
Strong command of editing software like Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci, or CapCut. A solid feel for pacing, music, sound design, color, and the small touches that separate good edits from great ones.
You understand the difference between cutting a 60-second social hook and a 30-minute course module. You think about hooks, retention, and how a piece of video lands with its audience — not just whether it's technically clean.
